All large payments must be paid through Paypal, money orders, or bankers checks. (Email us for information @ Kymahandniraproductions@gmail.com) All smaller payments can be paid through mail. Money orders or bank checks are accepted. We advise against using cash, but if you do, keep in mind that if any form of payment were to get lost in the mail it is NOT our responsibility.

 

Partial Orders

 

A 50% NON-refundable fee is required for all partial orders before any work can be started. Anyone who backs out of a partial order will get a refund up to the 50% non-refundable down payment.

 

Fursuit Parts

 

Any other separate orders need to be paid in full to be started and completed. This payment is also non-refundable. A single or multiple fursuit part order will have NO refund after the money is paid. We will have already bought the supplies and can not return the money. If work on any of the orders has been started we will finish the suit or suit parts and sell them, making this design and character as different as possible to your character's design.

 

Don't have the money right away?

 

We can work out a payment plan for large orders such as 3 or more fursuit parts or partials. If you do not have the money after the 50% non-refundable fee right away, that's ok. Email us about your concerns and we will be happy to work something out that works best for you.

 

Age Restrictions

 

We ask that you are at east 16 years of age before commissioning us. If you are under the age of 16 we must talk to a parent before accepting payment. If you refuse to tell us your age, we will decline the commission. If you lie about your age and a parent contacts us, we will point them to this page and explain politely that we had asked and were told otherwise. Absolutely no refunds will be made.
